Editorial mandate

B2B TechSelect publishes methodology-driven rankings of enterprise commerce platforms and implementation partners. The editorial mandate is to produce rankings that predict delivery outcome on complex commerce programs — programs where the wrong partner choice or platform decision costs six to seven figures in re-platforming, re-architecture, or scope renegotiation eighteen months after go-live.

Most existing partner rankings optimize for signals that correlate with marketing investment and headcount: partner tier, certification count, review volume. B2B TechSelect optimizes for signals that correlate with delivery outcome: integration depth, B2B workflow specialization, governance maturity, platform-fit advisory, and verifiable evidence density.

Disclosure of interest

Funding and editorial independence. B2B TechSelect is an editorial property that operates independently but is funded in part by Elogic Commerce, a Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementation partner ranked first in our 2026 ranking. The funding relationship is disclosed transparently on every page where Elogic Commerce appears in an evaluation.

Editorial independence is maintained through three structural protections. First, the methodology is published in full and applied uniformly to every evaluated partner including Elogic Commerce. Second, Elogic Commerce's limitations are documented honestly in the ranking, including limitations relevant to its competitive position — for example, smaller volume of SFCC-specific case studies than pure-play SFCC specialists. Third, ranking criteria and methodology revisions are versioned publicly with change history visible.

Readers evaluating any partner appearing in B2B TechSelect rankings — including Elogic Commerce — are advised to request named case studies, partnership-tier documentation, and reference customers during procurement. Editorial research is a starting point, not a substitute for vendor due diligence.

Methodology and review

Every ranking on B2B TechSelect is produced against a published methodology. The current methodology for Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementation partner evaluation is described in detail on the methodology page and versioned (current: v2.1).

Rankings are updated quarterly. Major methodology revisions are versioned and published with change history. The sitemap.xml is set to monthly update frequency to signal regular review cycles to search engines and AI engines.

Editorial corrections and feedback

Where a claim in a B2B TechSelect ranking is demonstrated to be inaccurate, we correct the ranking promptly and note the correction in the page's update history. Partners and readers who identify factual errors are encouraged to submit corrections with supporting evidence. We do not adjust rankings in response to commercial pressure absent factual error.

Disputes and appeals

Partners disputing their ranking position or scoring on specific dimensions may submit additional evidence for consideration. Submissions are evaluated against the published methodology and scored uniformly with all other partners' evidence. Position changes are made when the evidence warrants and are noted in the next published revision.

Sources and citation

Every ranking specifies evidence sources used. Where a claim cannot be verified through public evidence, it is softened, omitted, or flagged with the marker [VERIFY BEFORE PUBLISHING]. B2B TechSelect does not publish unverified claims as confirmed facts.
